PRIVATE OWNER-APPROVED ACCESS

BrokerFlow ChatGPT plugin

The portable private package connects to BrokerFlow's authenticated MCP endpoint and includes ten workflow skills. It is distributed through the owner-managed private workspace, not the public marketplace.

Owner-confirmed activation: plugin v1.3.0 was uploaded, OAuth works, all seventeen then-registered tools were discovered in ChatGPT, and nine live read-only calls succeeded. The v1.3.1 source adds a read-only task lookup; refresh and live verification of that addition are pending.

Onboarding sequence

  1. 1

    Install privately

Use the reviewed package in an owner-approved private workspace. Keep the existing plugin identity and endpoint.

  2. 2

    Authenticate and select a workspace

Complete the configured Supabase OAuth flow and use get_my_workspaces to select a current authorized organization.

  3. 3

    Verify tool discovery

Check tools/list for all eighteen registered names: ten original tools, seven core operations, and get_follow_up_task.

  4. 4

    Run synthetic acceptance

Use synthetic records for intake, preliminary routing, review, checklist, missing-document tracking, deal status and partner attribution. Verify fresh reads and retry behavior.

What the connection can do

Read and write access comes from the authenticated user's current workspace membership and server permissions. Persistent core writes require an explicit user confirmation. Routing is preliminary and read-only. Missing-document copy stops at a draft and internal task with delivery_status: not_sent.

Do not use the plugin to make borrower decisions, retrieve raw documents, send unapproved messages, submit applications or authorize payments.
